  They got 1 star as there was not an option for half, I went in today as i had a screw in my tyre to get fixed, after dropping my car off they rang me about 30min later to tell me they could not fix it and that my tyres were no good and all 4 needed replacing. I dont know much about cars being a women but this was a little concerning as my husband only checked them the day before when we noticed the screw and thought they were fine, actually had a heap of tread left. So my husband went and picked the car up from KTAS they said nothing in response and he took it to Tyre Power Capalaba who fixed the screw hole on the spot and said there was plenty of tread left and that i would not need to replace them for at least another 5- 10,000ks. Unacceptable service, if you are a women that does not know cars STAY AWAY they will try rip you off.

  The manager's response: wheel bearings should be changed on every service; and the wheel bearing in my make of car are really crappy and so this happens. The resolution? I HAD TO PAY! FOR EVERYTHING! Did I mention that my WHEEL CAME OFF IN TRAFFIC‽
